Our guest speaker this month will be SAMUEL VILCHEZ SANTIAGO, the Orange County Democrats Chair. He will speaking about the importance of political involvement this year. We will be addressing postcards to local democrats to remind them to renew their Vote-By-Mail registration. There are local City Council elections coming up in November and we want to boost democratic voter turnout.

It aims to empower new members to actively participate.

Eric Gray - Democratic candidate for Florida House District 35 in the 2026 election. Eric serves as Executive Director of the Christian Service Center for the Homeless, focused on helping struggling families in Central Florida by preventing homelessness, combating poverty and cultivating self-sufficiency.
Kam Shenai - co-founder of "AAPI Coming Together" (ACT). Their mission is to engage, educate, and empower the AAPI community in Central Florida.
We will be meeting on Saturday, Sept. 13 from 10am-noon at the Gatherings Clubhouse. The address is 7501 Laureate Blvd. There is some parking at the Clubhouse and on the adjoining streets of Hitchings and Watson.
